The hotel is situated perfectly, right by the beach and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean, functional, and stocked with toiletries; beds were cozy with high-quality sheets. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the breakfast room was exceptionally clean and well-monitored. However, the coffee maker was unfortunately extremely dirty. Overall, a great stay with a few minor room-related issues.

The rooms were clean, functional, and well-equipped. Beds were very comfortable with nice quality sheets, and it was great having a desk and TV in both the living/bedroom and separate bedroom. However, the dirty coffee maker was a downside.

The staff were friendly and reasonably pleasant during my stay. The laundry service provided was quite convenient.

The hotel's location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to stores and restaurants. The beach frontage facing the lake was truly superb, and the abundance of inflatable water toys added to the fun experience. However, it would have been nice to have wine glasses in the kitchen to complement the Osoyoos wine country atmosphere.

The dining experience was a mix of good and poor elements. While the breakfast was unexpectedly self-serve, the quality was lacking, and chaos ensued in the dining area.
